So I have this excel sheet with variables with hypothetical numbers as follows:

Tail number – 500v
Part number 472220
Quantity on Hand – 10
Location – ATL
Quantity to be used – 1
Date – 06/02/2022

I am trying to link quantity on hand with quantity to be used in a way that it takes in to account tail number and part number. Furthermore, I want it to be presented in a way that it decrements by 1 with respect to location and part number/tail number.

Say for example, I have A1 = 10-1 = 9. Then I want the next cell to represent the value of 8 so on and so forth(subtracting 1 quantity evereytime) based on location for all of ATL within the sheet.
