How to get OpenDataHub Operator to show up under "Installed Operators" Section of OpenShift Web console?

I have been trying to install Kubeflow on my Openshift cluster over the past few days using this tutorial. The process has involved installing the OpenDataHub Operator and modifying the corresponding KfDef file in the appropriate namespace once the OpenDataHub Operator has been fully installed. My problem happens around step 6 of the "Creating the Kubeflow project" section where I am not able to see the OpenDataHub Operator under the "Installed Operators" section of my new project named "kubeflow". I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the operator several times but it continues to not show under the "Installed Operators" section of my kubeflow project. Am I installing the operator in the wrong way and if so how would I get it to show up under the "Installed Operators" section of my kubeflow project? For reference, here is a screenshot of the settings I have selected when installing the operator: settings.
