I have a question.
Yesterday suddenly, I lost all my note contents on my mac.
I researched how to store it and I found some information.
But the problem is that I just have NoteStore.sqlite file only, Not NoteStore.sqlite-shm and NoteStore.sqlite-wal files.
So I have two questions.

1. Is there any way to restore my lost notes with only NoteStore.sqlite?
2. I am very new for sqlite. How do I generate sqlite-shm and sqlite-wal files from sqlite file?
