Doing stock magic and ran into what should be a simple logic problem..
there are two sides to stochastic… Up and Down.

if K% is greater than D% then it is 1 to 99…
visually you can see it is either going up or down. but I need the computer to know
the difference. I thought I would add 100 so it would go 99. 100. 199, 198, 197 – etc.
then I was going to use that Integer number to show an image with the same numbering system.
any assistance is greatly appreciated. over 3 hours on this one simple issue.. driving me nuts.
