I am trying to learn how to make a login/register page on html, and I need to have a database to store the account details. I already have MySQL Workbench installed and used it for different projects.
I tried installing XAMPP, but it had a conflict with the MySQL Workbench, how do I connect PHP without XAMPP? I already uninstalled XXAMP, because I got frustrated last night from the errors.
